They back up a truck remove every thing out not nailed down then get a lawyer the man ends up paying for to act like a piranha to finish the job on the man and his income.

I thought Dyson had a patent on bagless vacuum cleaners but now everybody is copying him. Is it because the patent has now expired and so people can copy it? (as he once sued hoover for copying him but that was a long time ago, around 10 years ago)

my grand children come for visit and they spill juice and ext. eventhough I have my carpet shampooed once a yr, but the stains will come back and it is very ugly. and I want to get a carpet that has very small piles to be vacuumed easily. any suggestion? is industrial carpet good? thanks

I am looking for sanitaire vacuum cleaners online i can purchase
where can i do my research except google

title pretty much says it all. I just bought a truck from a construction company. Not like a flatbed or anything just a simple pick-up truck but it’s obviously seen its fair share of job sites and people climbing back into it with their clothes SATURATED w/ concrete dust.

So far I’ve just been opening both doors, setting a fan on the seat to blow across the seats out the opposite door, and just start beating the hell out of the seat w/ my hands/fists. then whatever didn’t manage to blow out I vacuum up b4 it has time to sink back into the material. It seems like a lot comes out every time I do it but there’s ALWAYS MORE! I’m just using a little fan like you’d keep blowing at your head during the summer while trying to sleep. Maybe I need an industrial fan.

I’m hoping there’s just an all-around more efficient way tho that sum1 on here can kindly point out to me. Thnx in advance, any suggestions are appreciated.

A family member was gracious enough to buy a cheap replacement car for me, but the inside REEKS of cigarette smoke! I can barely stand it! I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke, and not only was the smell horrendous, but the smoke residue/smell was setting off my asthma…

As soon as I got it home I sprayed the seats with Febreeze, the used both Oust air sanitizer and Citrus Fresh brand industrial air deodorizer/smell eliminator… but the smoke OVERPOWERED all THREE of them!

I did some research and people try a lot of things:
Coffee grounds in a sock left in the car
Bowl of orange rinds left for a couple days
Bowl of distilled white vinegar left for a couple days.
Boxes of baking soda and/or scrubbing sprinkle/vacuum up carpet cleaner.
I even heard of lighting coffee grounds on fire to get rid of the smell..

What worked for you? What didn’t?

I plan to clean the car thoroughly, including the dash/headboard… I just want tips that worked for you.

As someone who work around hazardous materials, and must follow stringent safety procedures I know that serious industrial accident happen because a series of regulations are usually not followed, these major accidents do not happen in a vacuum so to speak. It is not all the employee’s fault, no matter what the corporate spokes person says. Because the employee only lives up to or down to the standards expected by the supervisors on site, BP and other corporations say safety is the most important part of any job, however they always nod and wink at the on site supervision and employees to let them know that production is the real means of the end. Your thoughts.
V2 far from it I am trying to say as workers we one and all must hold the companies feet to the fire, when they make a rule and a statment to safety then hold them to it ,use their own rules aginst them make them live up to it, don’t ever take that short cut. The life you save may be your own, this is what happens when you play their game they get away with murder and the little guy gets the blame.

In the building that i live in at the moment has a huge bed bug problem. Now I have bed bugs in my apartment. The exterminator came 5 days ago and sprayed. The following evening I was still getting bites. I read somewhere online about DE. I bought a bag and last night put it in a salt shaker and went crazy pouring it all over the edge of my apartment. All around my bed and under the mattress.. Just the whole outline of the apartment. Around the furniture etc. My nose is dry, i have a headache. My cat is very small and I can tell she doesn’t like it. (She climbed all the way to the top of this closet shelve and i just don’t know how she did it! after pouring this stuff all over.
Is this stuff bad to inhale? Is it just as bad as breathing asbestos? My neighbor says i have to leave it for 10 days and then vacuum it. And how I should just bag everything with BLACK industrial size plastic bags and lay them out in the sun so the bugs can heat up and die…I used whtie plastic bags.. and bought some plastic storage containers to store my clean laundry and she was like it’s not good cuz they probably will crawl in anyways.. I am just going crazy! I just read so many different things I don’t know what to do. and I am worried about my cat. And am not too crazy about the exterminator coming back again in two weeks to spray cuz then we will have to leave again for 6 hours .. and i have no money to take her to the vet to hang out. And i have also read horrible things about pets getting sick because of the bug spray.. HELP PLEASE I AM DESPERATE!

This is a link that shows which one I bought.
So tomorrow I will get a mask and vacuum it. Should I put more of it down again? did i just used it excessively? There is this whole ordeal (legally) going on in the building already. The cheap ass landlord is just stretching it. I just wanted to do something extra between now and the next time the pest control guy comes back.
Anybody have any other suggestions on how to properly store linens and clothes? Do i have to consider saran wrapping the containers shut?

Why does my dog and every dog that I have known, hate vacuum cleaners?

There is no freon at all in my A/C system since I replaced the compressor and accumulator. All I need now is for a shop to vacuum the system down to at least 20". That way I can use my 2 cans of the way colder Industrial 12A refrigerant, that the A/C shops refuse to install. If they vacuum the system will it hold the vacuum till I get home and hook up my manifold set?

Please mention if you own one or have owned one in your answer.
